Advice and support in setting up wiki spaces

Wikis intrigue me. From the strength of passion on both sides generated by the successful wikipedia to the pioneering use of wikis in education; they have proved that they have a niche.

As a commercial vehicle, the have their limitations - particularly the way they can be prone to vandalism and other misuse - but as a way of quickly putting up hyperlinked content, they perform that function with ease.

I offer wiki and moodle hosting to educators. As part of a 2006 Global Virtual classroom project, students from Canada, Kuwait and the USA experimented with using wiki technology to write interactive fiction. But it is unlinkely that the wiki will replace the weblog or forum software as the content management system of choice for quick commercial development.
